NEW BRAUNFELS,
Texas – With an average of 4.8
millions students graduating high school this year,
parents across the country find themselves searching for
that ‘perfect graduation gift’. Knowing that their
son or daughter is going to move out of their home, this
may lead those parents down the picture frame aisle or
towards the latest webcam gadgets, however, the National
Renters Association is suggesting something much more
useful and, in a round-about way, directly from the
heart.
Knowing that those high school
graduates are about to enter into legally binding
rental agreements, emotionally charged roommate
situations and responsibility filled budgeting
requirements, the National Renters Association,
suggests their membership will undoubtedly make the
perfect graduation gift.
By providing young renters with the
knowledge and information necessary to make educated
and responsible renting decisions, they can save
those renters money. Money can be saved by
securing the return of deposits, by ensuring
roommate participation, and even by preventing
credit problems. Landlords across the country
can agree that educated renters make the best
tenants.
